DESCRIPTION:

So, this was a posthumous collections of 6 unreleased songs plus the 4 tracks from 'Alarm Clock' EP. We had been broken up for a good 2 years by this point but did a reunion show for a benefit to raise money for my good friend Johnny "Silkshirt" Schultz who passed away a month after the show from Brain Cancer at age 22. What's cool is that for the benefit our friends August Premier also reunited and between both bands we raised $1600.00 for Johnny.  I remember handing him the wad of cash at Clearwater Theater and seeing his face light up was one of my favorite moments of all time. Track #1 "What Do Scissors Do?" is probably my favorite track on this disc but Track #9 "Kangaroo Style" was a super catchy pop punk love song that was probably the most radio-friendly. That song was supposed to appear on a Compilation CD in 2003 entitled V/A 'In And Out Of Love' by Sidewinder Zine in Chicago.  We wrote and recorded "Kangaroo Style" specifically for the compilation and I still have no clue to this day if it ever got released hah.  I still remember what the album cover looked like and that the band Blue Shade Witness (Double Zero Records) was included on the track listing but the rest is history.
